Any cancellations will be posted online here and on our voice mail by 4:30 pm weekdays and by 7:30 am on Saturdays.  If there are no updated announcements please assume all games will continue as scheduled.

 

Any cancellations due to rain/thunderstorms that occur after 4:30pm weekdays and 7:30am weekends will be determined by the onsite staff. On weekdays, if school closes or dismisses early all recreation activities will be cancelled.

 

 

We send out E-Newsletters, Deadline Reminders & other relevant MPRD information. Recently we have been having problems with emails bouncing back to us and not going through to various email accounts. If you have not been receiving emails from us, please check your "Junk E-mail box" and remove us from that list. Or if your email address has changed, please email us your new address and include you & your child(rens) names to mahometrec@mahomet-il.gov   Thanks! :-)

 

The fee is for using PayPal, which is a service that securely sends payments online. Their fee is approximately 2.9% of the registration fee plus .30 per transaction. The Village of Mahomet Parks & Recreation does not receive any portion of the convenience fees.  Please note, the convenience fee is non-refunable, even if a program cancels or refunds are issued.
